The bubble columns in fancy bubbles mode have a visual error

I believe this bug is recent due to the new update, which causes the bubble columns in Fancy Bubbles mode to have a visual glitch with the particles in Minecraft Bedrock. When you reach the edge, the bubble particles change from blue to white.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Build a bubble column in Fancy Bubbles mode (a column of soul sand is recommended).

2. Focus right on the edge, almost out of the water.

3. Observe how the particles change to white.

Expected results:

The particles should be exclusively blue.

Observed results:

Instead, white particles appear, the same ones used in sulfur Pool.
