Repro steps:
Playing v26.21 on PS5 (easy survival world, mix of single-player and two-player splitscreen
Avatar is riding an adult saddled Happy Ghast high in the air (100-200 Y)
Exit to Minecraft main menu (I think?)
Exit to PS5 main menu
Close Minecraft
Re-open Minecraft and resume game
Expected result: Avatar is still riding Happy Ghast around 100-200 Y
Actual result: Avatar at around the same X and Z, but standing on the bottom of the ocean. Happy Ghast appears to have despawned.
Notes: Tried checking home base, and building dirt tower to 200 Y at site of disappearance. No dropped saddle that I could find. Happy Ghast had been around for many days with no issue before that.
