End rods don't let water through anymore

Previously, End Rods let water through but not entities. This was really cool and made for lots of cool things. In the new Chaos Cubed update, they no longer let water through them. If this was a bug, and you fixed it, please add a new feature to compensate for this because THERES NOTHING ELSE LIKE THIS IN THE GAME!! Anyway if them NOT doing that is a bug, please fix the bug. If them letting water through IS a bug, please unfix the bug.
