[MCPE-239760] Glitch with a specific texture pack in language settings

Steps to reproduce this issue

Open Minecraft 26.30
Enable Déesse UI 1.3.8 in Global Resources (the texture pack that causes the bug)
Exit the settings menu
Come back to the previous mentioned section
The bug happens

Expected result:

The language list has everything organized

Actual result:

English (United States) is at the top of the menu and it starts with a zero
