The pillagers and piglins retain their loaded crossbow pose even in their death animation

When I kill a pillager or piglin with a loaded crossbow, upon dropping it, the mob retains the pose it had while wielding the crossbow.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Spawn a piglin or pillager.

2. Have it load the crossbow.

3. Kill it with a sword with Loot

4. Observe the animation upon its death.

Expected results:

Upon death, the mob should drop the loaded crossbow pose.

Observed results:

Upon death, the mob retains the loaded crossbow pose, even during its death animation.
