Furnace recipe book always defaults to on/smeltable recipes by default unlike the crafting table

For some reason when you open a furnace, blast furnace or smoker, the smeltables are always defaulted to all, this is not the case for the crafting table, which remembers when a player closes it/toggles craftable recipes.
