Parity: placing sulfur cubes next to eachother bounces them away from each other

In Java Edition, it was made so when placing sulfur cubes next to each other, they stood still. This is not the case on Bedrock.

To reproduce:

1. Have two sulfur cube buckets with blocks inside.

2. Place them on a flat plane, right next to eachother.

Expected result:

They stand still as if placed alone.

Actual result:

They bounce off each other, gaining speed as well.
