TextPrimitive text is visible in custom dimensions

Description:
A TextPrimitive created in one dimension is also visible in custom dimensions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a TextPrimitive in the Overworld.

2. Set any text and position.

3. Move to a custom dimension.

4. Observe the hologram.

Expected Result:
The TextPrimitive should only be visible in the dimension where it was created.

Actual Result:
The TextPrimitive is also visible in custom dimensions.

Additional Information:

• Reproduced consistently.

• Occurs with any text content.

• The issue persists after rejoining the world.
