Poplar leaves prevent tree growth for non-poplar saplings

In version 26.40, three new poplar leaf blocks were introduced: orange_poplar_leaves, red_poplar_leaves, and yellow_poplar_leaves. These leaves correctly do not prevent the growth of poplar trees. However, they incorrectly block the growth of saplings from all other tree types when placed above or adjacent to those saplings.

How to reproduce:
Place any of the following saplings with poplar leaves directly above them: oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, cherry, dark oak, or pale oak sapling. Attempt to grow the sapling by applying bone meal.

Observed result:
The bone meal fails to grow the sapling. The poplar leaves block the growth.

Expected result:
The bone meal should successfully grow the sapling, consistent with how other leaf types behave. The three poplar leaf types should be added to the may_replace section of the feature files for all other tree species.
