Minecraft Multiplayer Crash Report

Device:

Samsung Galaxy M02 (SM-M022G)

Problem:

Minecraft crashes whenever I try to join any multiplayer server. The game shows "Connecting to External Server", displays the loading spinner for a short time, then freezes and returns to the Android home screen without an error message.

What Works:

- Single-player worlds work normally.

- Minecraft launches normally.

- The Servers tab opens normally.

What Does Not Work:

- Featured servers.

- External servers with custom IPs.

- Multiplayer connections in general.

Troubleshooting Already Performed:

- Factory reset of the phone.

- Reinstalled Minecraft multiple times.

- Tested on Wi-Fi.

- Tested on mobile hotspot.

- Signed out and signed back into Microsoft account.

- Joined Minecraft Beta and tested.

- Left Minecraft Beta and returned to the stable version.

- Removed and reinstalled Minecraft after leaving Beta.

- Verified that single-player still works.

Results:

- Stable version crashes during multiplayer connection.

- Beta version also crashes during multiplayer connection.

- The crash happens at "Connecting to External Server".

- No error message is shown.

- The game closes to the Android home screen.

Additional Information:

Storage space and memory appear normal on the device. The issue affects every multiplayer connection tested, not just a specific server.

Please investigate whether this is a compatibility issue between Minecraft and the Samsung Galaxy M02 (SM-M022G) or a multiplayer networking bug.
