Sometimes the new red bush spawns on sand, but players can't place it on sand by hand.

The new red bush block can sometimes spawn naturally on top of sand blocks during world generation. However, a player cannot manually place the red bush item onto a sand block by hand. The bush should only spawn on grass or dirt block
