Party Chat and Party System UI does not fill the screen after adjusting Safe Area settings

After adjusting the "Safe Area" settings in the main menu, the Party Chat and Party System UI (accessed via the Social button on the world selection screen) does not fill the entire screen as expected. Instead, these UI elements are confined within the adjusted safe area boundaries, leaving visible gaps around the edges. This issue affects both the full release version (26.32) and the latest beta/preview version (26.40.27beta).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Settings from the main menu and locate the "Safe Area" adjustment button.

2. Enter the Safe Area adjustment panel, shrink the on-screen safe zone to a smaller size, then return to the main menu.

3. Enter the "Play" (world selection) screen, click the Social button in the top-right corner, and create or join a party.

Observed Result:

The Party Chat and Party System UI does not occupy the full screen. Instead, it is constrained within the shrunken safe area boundaries, resulting in visible empty gaps around the edges of the UI, which looks unpleasant and inconsistent.

Expected Result:

The Party Chat and Party System UI should function similarly to the Main Menu and Pause Menu, both of which fill the entire screen regardless of the Safe Area settings.
