Visuals Refined Texture Pack will not appear in Global Resources

Hey so this is a bug that's pretty annoying. I've bought Visuals Refined in the Minecraft Marketplace. But when I try to make it global across all worlds. It doesn't appear there at all in the My Packs section. But when I make a new world. It's there. Can this be fixed in the next patch? Thanks!
