Hello Minecraft Support Team,
I am facing a severe crashing issue on Minecraft Bedrock Edition in India. Whenever I try to join any multiplayer server using my Mobile Data, the game crashes automatically and closes completely.
Here are the exact details of the issue:
I am able to join and play on multiplayer servers without any issues while connected to Wi-Fi.
If I use a VPN over my Mobile Data, the game also connects perfectly fine and I can play without any crashes.
The crash only happens when I try to connect directly using my Mobile Data without a VPN.
I have already turned ON the "Use Cellular Data" option in the game settings.
Device Specifications:
Device: Oppo F31 Pro
Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy
Location: India
Since the game runs smoothly on Wi-Fi and VPN, this seems to be a specific network connectivity or routing bug between my mobile data provider and the game servers. Please look into this issue and help me resolve it.
