For the last few days Minecraft Bedrock does not properly connect to online services when using my home Wi-Fi network.
Symptoms:
Gamertag loads correctly.
Skin loads correctly.
Achievement notifications load.
Friends list updates and shows online friends.
Realms never load.
Featured servers never load.
Marketplace never loads.
Invitations from friends are not received.
When I switch to mobile data everything works normally.
Internet connection is stable and other Microsoft services work correctly on the same Wi-Fi network.
Reinstalling is not preferred because local worlds are stored on the device.
Issue started recently and did not occur before.

This is due to a bug or instance where resources try to load while the app is newly opened. If your WiFi is fairly low but can manage, the resources can work, but be patient. This may take minutes. Or in some instances, you can exit the worlds menu and press play again. Sometimes the buttons may bug and cannot be tapped. If this happens, exit the worlds menu and press play again.
