Multiplayer servers crash or experience extreme ping (2000ms+) in South/Southeast Asian region

[Issue Overview]

Since the recent v26.30 update, players across South Asian and Southeast Asian regions are facing critical multiplayer connection failures. This issue remains completely unresolved in the latest v26.32 version.

[Symptoms & Friend's Case Example]

The bug appears to affect server routing entirely based on regional IP addresses. For instance, in my friend's country within this region, multiplayer servers refuse to open at all, resulting in an instant game crash the moment a connection is attempted. For other players in nearby Southeast/South Asian countries where the servers do manage to open, the connection is virtually unplayable, with the ping consistently skyrocketing between 1000ms and 2000ms.

Even premium, highly optimized low-ping servers like The Hive are failing to connect or are causing immediate crashes under these regional networks.

[Crucial Technical Evidence]

This is strictly a regional server routing or network handshake glitch on Mojang's end rather than a personal ISP or device fault. We have verified that enabling a VPN completely resolves the issue instantly—the game stops crashing, servers like The Hive load perfectly, and the ping drops back to normal. The game only breaks when using native South/Southeast Asian network routes.

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition (v26.30 or v26.32) on a native South Asian or Southeast Asian network connection without a VPN active.

Go to the "Servers" tab and attempt to join a optimized featured server like The Hive.

Observe either an immediate game crash back to the device home screen or an unplayable ping spike reaching 1000ms - 2000ms.

Activate a VPN connecting to a different continent, relaunch the game, and note that the server connection functions flawlessly.

Personally want to recommend you india because there creators and players are highly affected by it my Indian friend can't even join a server without crash in his high end device

Expected Result:

Players in South Asia and Southeast Asia should be able to connect to featured servers normally with low, stable regional ping without the forced requirement of a VPN.

Observed Result:

The game client either crashes instantly or suffers from game-breaking ping spikes unless a VPN utility mask is routed through a different global region.
