Server icons sometimes don't update properly

Server icons sometimes don't update properly.

How to reproduce:
1. Go to the servers or experiences tab as soon as Minecraft launches
2. Observe the server icons on the left not visible
3. Observe how the server icons appeared as soon as MOTD updated
4. Clear your marketplace cache from storage settings
5. Return to the servers or experiences tab
6. Observe some servers briefly displaying their JSON UI thumbnails as their icons

Observed results: Server icons only appear when MOTD updates and sometimes displays their JSON UI thumbnails instead

Expected results: Server icons should appear as soon as possible and should not display JSON UI thumbnails
