Sulfur Cube with an absorbed block immediately updates its facing direction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give any block to a Sulfur Cube

2. Place down a Repeating Command Block

3. Set it to run the following command:
   /execute as @p at @s anchored eyes run tp @n[type=sulfur_cube] ^ ^ ^5 ~180 ~

4. Set it to Always Active

5. Save the command block and look around

Observed Results:
The Sulfur Cube always faces the closest cardinal direction.

Expected Results:
The Sulfur Cube always faces you, as it was not given enough time to update its facing direction.
