My device supports Vibrant Visuals, but I usually cannot enable the feature.
The option is unavailable most of the time, even after disabling all resource packs. Occasionally, after restarting the game several times, the option becomes available, but this happens very rarely.
Expected Result:
Vibrant Visuals should always be available on supported devices.
Actual Result:
Vibrant Visuals is usually unavailable on a supported device and only becomes available occasionally.
