Grass and mycelium can spread underwater beneath waterlogged partial blocks. It seems grass can spread beneath most waterlogged blocks, whereas mycelium is more selective.
Steps to reproduce:
Make a 1 block deep pool of water with dirt beneath and grass or mycelium around the edges
Place any partial block that can be waterlogged in the water (within the range grass/mycelium can normally spread)
Increase the RandomTickSpeed or wait for the grass/mycelium to spread
Expected result:
The grass/mycelium does not spread underwater no matter the conditions. And, any grass/mycelium present under the water will be converted to dirt by the water.
Actual result:
The grass will spread beneath any waterlogged partial block (or at least all of the ones I’ve tested). The mycelium will spread beneath some of the blocks but not all. Any underwater grass or mycelium not beneath a waterlogged block will still be converted to dirt.
