[MCPE-240669] Touch controls open automatically and stay on screen on Android 15

Expected result: Touch controls (jump, attack and place block buttons) should only appear while playing.

Actual result: The touch controls open automatically and remain visible even in menus. Sometimes they appear outside the world before joining a server. The issue only happens in Minecraft Bedrock.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Minecraft Bedrock.

Enter a world or server.

The touch controls appear automatically and stay visible.

Additional information: Device: CUBOT P90 Android: 15 Build: CUBOT_P90_F021_V02_20260113 I already factory reset the phone and tested multiple Minecraft versions (including Trial). The problem still occurs.

Your description states that the touch control buttons remain visible even while in menus, but your video does not show that. It shows that they are only visible while playing, which is what you put in the expected result.
