I’m having an issue installing the Aether Legends Marketplace add-on by Spark Universe on my Nintendo Switch 2.
The download starts normally and reaches 100% (360.2 MB / 360.2 MB), but it never completes the installation. It remains stuck on the download screen and, after closing Minecraft, the add-on is not installed and appears as Download again in My Library.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Confirmed Nintendo Switch 2 system software is fully up to date.
Confirmed Minecraft is fully up to date.
Restarted the console.
Closed and reopened Minecraft multiple times.
Deleted all saved Minecraft worlds to free space.
Verified Minecraft reports approximately 1.4 GB of storage used, which is below the 2 GB limit.
Successfully downloaded and installed a different Marketplace add-on, which indicates Marketplace downloads work normally on my console.
Reinstalled Minecraft completely (using the physical cartridge). My save data was preserved, but Aether Legends still fails to install.
Because other Marketplace content installs successfully, this appears to be specific to Aether Legends rather than a general storage or Marketplace issue.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue with Aether Legends on Nintendo Switch/Switch 2, and advise on a fix or provide a replacement download if the Marketplace package is corrupted?

How long did you wait for it to be done and how long/how many mb did the other add on take if i may ask?
I waited just over 30 minutes for the installer to kick in before trying anything else as I’ve read that the size of this add on can take 10-15 minutes but to no avail. The other add on was only around 30MB and downloaded and installed within a minute
Well you said its on a switch 2, if you have the switch 1 (any model) you could maybe try putting the game in there and see if that works.
Another idea would be to press „refresh purchases“ in your library. Maybe that could fix it. By the way if you have done any of this already, im just suggesting thngs that werent listed in your report, so sorry if that happens.

We have similar issue. Our says not enough storage space even though we have deleted enough files. Our data also says we have only used 1.4GB out of the 2GB limit.
