Whenever opening the achievement menu after 3 to 4 times the game can regularly crash. This has happened to me every time I go open the achievement menu. It started happening a few months ago and it is still going on

I can't access anything will ram on switch and all my error details say on error history is “an error has occurred while trying to perform an action”. In this world I do have a texture pack but it also happens in other worlds without anything. Attempt to record a video since the Nintendo switch will not let me record a video when an error message appears.
Hi!
Thank you for your report!
Can you record a video of the issue and upload it?
Are you using any add-ons or resource packs?
Could you please include details about your device and system specifications (RAM, CPU, GPU)?
Are there any error messages or logs that appear when the issue occurs? If so, could you provide those?
