Hello! I recently updated Minecraft to the 26.34 hotfix and sense then I have been getting a black screen on my switch that says there was a error and it makes me shut down the system.
So far this has happened 3 times
When loading minecraft to the main menu
When signing into a Microsoft account (after being signed out, due to my request)
When idling at my mob xp farm on my realm
How to reproduce
Play the game, I tested my realm
Wait for a crash which happens within 5 - 25 minutes for me
Result
The game crashes and makes the Nintendo switch reboot
Expected result
The game should not close and make the switch reboot. I have never had this issue before and hope it is fixed soon
Additional info
The game is digital and installed to my internal storage
I have tried reinstalling the game and putting it on my sd card but that did not solve the issue
This happened in handheld mode
I have tried turning the switch off for 20 minutes but this did not resolve the issue
This happened on a switch OLED
Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
