Bug map tutorial TU13 (chat, operator bug) finally solved easily

1)The chat in my game is preventing me from sending messages, and a message from my console tells me I'm restricted by parental controls.

[Solution]Enter your map (tutorial TU13), place a block, then exit and return to your map. Try typing in your chat, and if it doesn't work, repeat the process until your chat is unlocked.

{I don't know the percentage your cat can unlock in one try or up to 50 times}

2)I can't issue commands in the chat even though I'm the owner and an operator, and the options button to change the weather during the day and teleport doesn't appear

[SOLUTION]Enter your TU13 TUTO MAP and then go to the menu in your game,In the top right corner you have a button with the word "social" written on it; press it,Next, you'll see a button with a silhouette of a person holding an open padlock, located next to the "Play" button. Click on it.Then you have the permission level; set it to visitor or member as you wish, then play in your map for two or three seconds.Now you play in your map for two or three seconds, then you switch to operator mode, and when you return to your map you will be able to execute commands
