Blocks that aren't ice, act like ice

For some odd reason, blocks (or maybe not all, I haven't checked) act like ice, it's fun, I can drift around, but most of the time, it's annoying, it happened on my survival world. I don't know how to reproduce it, as I don't know how to go into the games code, bc I play on switch. I could be joy con drift, but it feels more like ice
