[MCPE-241154] Bedrock ui too laggy/broken

I noticed on most devices the UI just breaks or is extremely laggy e.g the server scroll stopped working the buttons require multiple clicks the resource packs fail and the lan/multiplayer tab is too buggy

Please put only one bug in each report. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own reports.

When creating new reports, please make sure they include steps to reproduce the issue, observed and expected results, and a video or screenshot of the issue.

Here is an example template that you can use:
