persona item that is gone

Subject: Missing Character Creator Persona Item after Character Reset

Hello Minecraft Support,

I am contacting you because one of my Character Creator Persona items has disappeared from my account.

I use the same Microsoft account on Minecraft Bedrock Edition (PC). Around 2024–2025, I had an animated Lucky Block Head (Epic rarity) that I used on my first Character Creator character.

Later, I logged into Minecraft Bedrock on my mobile device using the same Microsoft account. After that, my first Character Creator character was replaced by the default Steve character. At the same time, the Lucky Block Head disappeared.

Since then:

• The Lucky Block Head no longer appears in my owned Character Creator headwear.

• It cannot be found in the current Marketplace.

• I am still using the same Microsoft account.

• I did not intentionally delete my character or remove the cosmetic.

• I do not have screenshots because I did not expect the item to disappear.

I am not requesting a free item. I would simply like you to check whether my account still has the entitlement for this Character Creator item, or whether my Character Creator data was lost during synchronization.

Could you please check my account for missing Character Creator entitlements or Persona data related to this item?
