After enabling cheats it is still not possible to use commands

After creating a new world with creative mode I enabled cheats. After that I opend Chat and Comand and recived a message “Cheats aren’t enabled in this world” and I can’t code.

The seed of world in which this happened is -3312966760511148221.

This happened to me only in that world.
