[MCPE-241463] Portfolio doesn't show the photos taken by camera

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a world and take out a camera and portfolio

2.Take some photos with camera

3.Open the portfolio

Observed Result: No photos in portfolio

Expected Result: The taken photos should be displayed in the portfolio like Minecraft Education
