Vibrant visuals is disabled for google pixel 10

I have a pixel 10 with 12 gb of ram and it should be fully capable with running vibrant visuals but when I go in video settings to turn it on it says you need a supported device or compatable marketplace content. I do not believe this is a problem with my operating system.
