Short description:
The game freezes and stays stuck at the 21% loading screen when switching back to the game from the background on Android devices. The loading circle keeps spinning but never completes. Killing the app and restarting works fine.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft and enter any world or even stay on the main menu.
2. Press the home button to send the game to the background.
3. Wait a few seconds (or longer) and then reopen the game from the recent apps list.
4. Observe the loading screen gets stuck at exactly 21% and never progresses.
Expected result:
The game should resume normally from the background without getting stuck.
Actual result:
The game hangs at 21% and becomes unresponsive. The only way to fix it is to force close the app and restart completely.

The issue occurs when returning to the game from the background without fully closing it. After switching to the background and then back, the game either freezes at 21% loading or shows a black screen. This does not happen when the app is completely closed and restarted from scratch.
Steps:
1. Launch the game and enter the main menu or a world.
2. Press home to send the game to the background.
3. Reopen the game from recent apps.
4. Observe: loading bar stuck at 21% or black screen, requiring force close.
Video attached.
The same is true for Android10, which used to take only 15 seconds to load, but now it takes more than 60 seconds.
