Semi black skybox around world at all times

On my bedrock superflat creative world the skybox is half black, even during the day. Could be due to the superflat world, add-ons or texture packs (I'm using prizma). Flying upwards causes the black area to follow. Furthermore, vibrant visuals are greyed out on worlds with this bug. Additionally, when joining the world the sound “ambient.underwater.exit” plays, this could be unrelated but is worth adding. Turning off “beautiful skies” will also cause the entire world to go black.

I’m not sure how to reproduce this as I just logged on to my world after the most recent update but its probably due to texture errors.
