vibrant visuals randomly became un accessible in my creative world

i have always been capeable of runing vibrant visuals ,and this world radomly developed this issue ,i hope the world isint permanately like this ,theres no resource packs on (even though it kind of appears like there is one when loading into the world) i have tested having the exact same things togled on in a seperate world entirely but all comes back fine
