Concrete slabs and stairs plays a wood-type bass note instead stones-types base drum note when placed under a note block. This isn't an issue on java, which plays the correct base drum note for Concrete slabs and stairs, making this also a parity issue. The full concrete blocks is in stone-type base drum notes so having the slab and stairs versions in the wood section for only one edition makes no sense.
There are similar note issues with wool slabs/stairs as well.
