Zombie Picking Weapons at the same time

I died to a Zombie and both my weapons of Nethrite Sword and a Diamond Spear
and both weapon dropped at the same time cause the zombie picking up weapons at the same time
shown in both clips and record footage

I hope this will be fix to prevent this happening again
because after I tested, Mace can also pick up by them and cause this issue again
of they spending to much time to get the rarest and most powerful weapon of Mace
