[MCPE-241801] Pillagers cannot hit villagers with arrows while in the same boat as them

For some reason, when you put a villager in a boat, it becomes god-like; if you place a pillager in the same boat, the arrows will pass right through the villager—though some will hit—and the villager won't even flinch
