You can interact through waterlogged blocks if your head is in a liquid

You can break or right click through a waterlogged block if your head is in water or lava

1. Place a waterloggable block

2. Waterlog it

3. Get your head in water or lava(doesn't have to be a source block)

4. Try to break the waterlogged block

Expectation: it should break or interact with the waterlogged block

Actual result: it breaks or interacts with the block behind the waterlogged block as if the waterlogged block didn't exist
