Offline multiplayer is broken again

I made sure I had seen the guide on how to offline LAN multiplayer and followed it properly, But it still doesn't work.

When I was the host (using Hotspot) in my world while not connected to the internet, the multiplayer settings turned off automatically, so other devices (connected to my Hotspot via WiFi) couldn't find my world.

This problem still exists even in the latest version (Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.26.32.2).

And I think this problem will be simply fixed just to remove or re-code a programs that turning off the multiplayer settings when not connected to the internet automatically.

What to expect for offline LAN multiplayer:

The host (Player who owns the world): Disables internet connection and Enable the Hotspot and then enter to a world.

The players: Disables internet connection and Enable the WiFi connected to the Host’s Hotspot and then joining the Host's world and enjoy the game :)

What really happened:

The host (Player who owns the world): Disables internet connection and Enable the Hotspot and then enter to a world. And realized the multiplayer settings was turned off automatically due to reason of not being connected to an internet connection (multiplayer settings means that all the ways the players can join, including LAN multiplayer).

I always used this multiplayer methods when I'll play with the people in the same place via Hotspot & WiFi without internet connection or even with a WiFi Router.

I hope this issue will be resolved soon in the next update, I've been waiting for a long time but this was never fixed!
