Baby zombie piglins can be pushed through the gap in a stair by a piston. This has happened multiple times in my trident-killer-based gold/XP farm. This has killed me so many times while I was trying to farm XP. Before the Tiny Takeover update, I never saw this happen in my farm.

I have repeadiately encountered this issue, except that in my case no piston was necessary, they would just get pushed through the stair, then kill me.
