Tridents are falling through blocks after I leave the chunk they are in. They fall through blocks and then break hopper minecarts which breaks farms. This has been a reported problem for the last five years, but something has changed recently to dramatically increase the frequency of this bug. It used to only happen once or twice a month in our XP farm but now it happens multiple times a day.
