Vibrant Visuals: "Automatic" Resolution Scaling Fails to Trigger, Locks at Native 100%

Issue:
"Automatic" resolution setting under Vibrant Visuals (Deferred Lighting) fails to dynamically scale the internal resolution. It acts as a static 100% native resolution lock, disregarding high GPU load and causing FPS drops. Manual resolution adjustments work perfectly, proving the issue is isolated strictly to the "Automatic" trigger failing to activate.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create World.

  2. Go to Video Settings and enable "Vibrant Visuals"

  3. Set the Resolution slider strictly to "Automatic".

  4. Set a high render distance (e.g., 28 chunks) or enter a demanding area to intentionally stress the GPU.

  5. Observe the performance; the engine does not downscale the resolution to recover FPS.
