Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Nether portal.

2. Enter the Nether portal in Survival or Adventure Mode.

3. While the Nether portal effect is active, switch to Spectator Mode.

4. Move away from the Nether portal.

5. Observe the screen.

Actual Result

The Nether portal's screen distortion effect continues to be displayed after switching to Spectator Mode, even after moving away from the portal.

The effect is cleared when switching to another game mode.

Expected Result

The Nether portal effect should stop when switching to Spectator Mode or leaving the portal. It should not remain active until the player switches to another game mode.
