Wax‑on and wax‑off particles do not play correctly

Particles fail to spawn properly when waxing and unwaxing copper‑type blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world in the latest preview version 26.50.27

2. Place a copper block

​

3. Apply honeycomb to wax the block

​

4. Use an axe to remove the wax

​

5. Result: No particles appear at all.
