You cannot drag Ore UI sliders from any position

You cannot drag Ore UI sliders from any position.

How to reproduce:
1. Load a world
2. Go to chat
3. Look for line spacing (a JSON UI slider)
4. Drag it from any position
5. Observe the slider handle snapping to the cursor when dragging
6. Go to the game menu
7. Go to settings
8. Go to audio (Ore UI sliders)
8. Drag any slider from any position
9. Observe the Ore UI slider handle only moving when you let go

Observed results: Ore UI sliders only move when you let go of the slider at any position.

Expected results: Ore UI sliders should follow the mouse when dragged from any position.
