Dyeing a shulker does not make the use hand animation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn/find a shulker.

2. Be in creative mode.

3. Get any dye.

4. Dye the shulker.

Observed result:

The shulker gets dyed but the use animation does not play.

Expected result:

The hand swing animation should play, just as it does when feeding animals or healing iron golems.
