Strange Glitch on Start and Gameplay

When I was playing the game, the Minecraft loading screen was distorted and then when I got to settings, gameplay, or other places, three strange lines are visible, ruining the game view. I tried clearing cache but didn't work. It still happened. It went away before but it came back again.
