Gift button still appearing on classic skins.

How to reproduce:
1. Go to any marketplace content that features a skin pack (e.g. Actions & Stuff)
2. Observe the gift button not appearing
3. Make sure you own the pack, then go to the dressing room
4. Go to classic skins
5. Find the same skin pack offered from the marketplace pack you just observed
6. Observe the gift button appearing
