Loading dressing room content grays out the minecoin button but not the cash button

Loading dressing room content grays out the minecoin button but not the cash button.

How to reproduce:
1. Go to the dressing room
2. Go to either the character creator, or emotes tab
3. Select any unowned content
4. Observe the minecoin and cash buttons
5. Select any unowned content again
6. Observe the minecoin button grayed out but not the cash button during loading

Observed results: Only the minecoin button is grayed out while loading.

Expected results: Both the minecoin and cash buttons should be grayed out while loading.
