Severe UI lag, slow world loading and very low FPS on Android

Minecraft Bedrock Edition has severe UI lag, slow world loading, delayed block/terrain loading and very low FPS on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

2. Open Settings and interact with the menus.

3. Notice that the UI responds with significant delay.

4. Create or open a world.

5. Notice that the world takes much longer than before to load.

6. After entering the world, terrain and blocks take time to appear.

7. The hotbar and on-screen joystick also take time to appear or become responsive.

8. Move around the world normally.

9. Notice severe stuttering and very low FPS.

Expected Result:

The UI should respond smoothly, worlds should load normally, terrain and UI elements should appear promptly, and gameplay should run smoothly.

Actual Result:

The UI is very laggy and responds slowly. Worlds take much longer to load, blocks/terrain appear with a delay, and the hotbar and joystick can load slowly. Gameplay remains extremely laggy with severe frame drops while moving around.

The game previously ran smoothly on this same Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
